Ingredients
1 pound chicken livers
1/2 cup flour
1 teaspoon garlic salt
black pepper
1/4 cup vegetable oil

Directions
Rinse the livers in cool water and pat dry.
Place the livers in a plastic bag with the flour, garlic salt, and pepper to taste. Shake until all the pieces are coated with flour and spices.

Heat the oil in a frying pan, then place the livers in the pan so that they are not touching one another. Fry on one side until lightly browned, about 3 minutes, then turn to brown on the other side. Remove from pan and drain on paper towels. Serve immediately.

These will pop when frying so pierce them with a fork before frying
