Make your favorite meatballs using ground meat, onion, garlic, seasonings, spices, whatever you like. Bake in 350 degree oven until done. Drain grease. You can pat them dry with paper towels if you really hate the fat, however I like a little and will leave as is.

For the sauce, use a 16 ounce jar of your favorite salsa and a 12 ounce bottle of chili sauce. You can spice this up however you like. I like to throw in a few shakes of Texas Pete hot sauce.

Cook for 3 - 4 hours in crock pot.

You can also add little chunks of sausage in the pot for a variety of flavors.

If you like Texas Pete on your meatballs, try it in your next Bloody Mary. You won't be dissappointed.
