Okay, so these may not be from Wisconsin, but we Wisconsinites do know grilling and tailgating. Just ask anyone who's come to a Packer game from out of state. I had a woman from North Carolina tell me that she thought Panther fans knew how to party until she came to Lambeau Field for the playoff game, a few years back, between the Panthers and Packers. She also made a comment on beer consumption but that's another story.

I'm a single man so I don't have a lot of spices and other ingredients in the house so I improvise a lot. Don't be afraid to experiment. Think of what you like and find a way to work it into the recipes.

I've gathered these recipes from all over the place, never thinking that I'd someday have a website with a recipe page, so if you think you see your recipe on here let me know and I'll either give you credit or remove it if you wish.

As you can tell I'm just getting started with this and I will be adding to it so check back often. If you have a favorite recipe you think deserves to be here send it to me and I'll post it, giving you full credit of course, and if you have a website I'll link to it. If you don't have a website and would like one contact me and I'll be happy to discuss it. I think you'll be surprised how low the price can be.
