Directions
1 Mix cream cheese, pesto and Parmesan cheese
2 Add olives and pimento
3 Refrigerate at least one hour
If you'd like it to be thinner in consistency you can add sour cream to the mixture. You can also add some chopped green pepper, onion, or a bit of garlic. Be careful with whatever you add, as you don't want it to over power the pesto
